Back in December, we took part in a group writing project initiated by Daily Blog Tips about people’s blogging goals for 2008.
And wouldn’t you know it, it’s already February.
We did pretty much everything we said we’d do by January 31 – except for the video but that came in on February 2, so that’s not too bad. We created the badge for Canada 9-5, our showcase of Canadian business blogs and drafted a mission statement.
Let’s make this a shout-out to all the other bloggers who participated.
How is everyone else doing?
Is there a way we can support each other in reaching our goals?

With only one month down, I have already achieved some of my goals I set out for TailgatingIdeas.com. The biggest goal was achieved in January. That one: Get quoted in a newspaper or TV story as an expert on tailgating happened three times over where I was mentioned in three different newspapers and appeared on a radio show as a guest. Also, 1/4 of one my goals was reached last month All four advertising blocks on the home page taken by direct advertisers. One of those blocks was taken last month so hopefully the other three will sell out before 2009. I am staying on schedule with my publishing calendar and look to meet that one by year’s end as well.
Thanks for the link love and keep up the good work. Good luck to everyone on keeping their blogging goals in 2008.
